Bethany has training and experience in:

- Working in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, specialized classrooms, and homes

Bethany graduated from West Virginia University in 2014 with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She has since worked in a variety of pediatric settings including clinics, schools, specialized classrooms (including those for children with medical needs, autism, and social-emotional challenges), as well as homes. She has experience working with toddlers to teenagers and enjoys learning the unique strengths and needs of all of her clients. Bethany has also participated in research and training focused on sensory integration, and earned a Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration in 2019. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of sensory processing with families and the community, and she has presented an introductory lecture on Sensory Integration to the OT students at West Virginia University. Bethany joined Emerge in 2021 and is excited to become an active part of the Emerge therapy team. In her free time, Bethany enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and skiing with her husband.
