As the owner and CEO of Emerge Pediatric Therapy and The Therapeutic Edge Collective, Brittni has grown her practice from a single clinic to a multi-location business with 70+ employees, all while balancing life as a wife, mother of three, and advocate for neurodiversity, accessibility and inclusivity.

Brittni is the founder of Task Masters at Emerge Pediatric Therapy, where she provides one-on-one OT based support and coaching to help families navigate daily routines with confidence. Inspired by careful consideration that has gone into routine creation in Brittni’s own home, Task Masters has helped families create their own individualized routines that work for them!

She is also a sought-after speaker and presenter at conferences across the country, where she shares her expertise in pediatric therapy, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
