Types of Collaboration
Below you will find an overview of the collaboration relationships we typically engage in. If you are unsure of the partnership that best fits your needs, we will work with you to find the best option.
Referral Partnership
A referral partnership is a collaborative arrangement between Emerge and another organization, where we agree to refer clients to each other. This type of partnership is based on mutual trust and benefits both parties by expanding their customer base through shared recommendations.
Community Outreach
Community outreach is a partnership between Emerge and a local non-profit organization. This type of partnership involves actively engaging with the local community through various activities, such as charitable events, educational programs, or sponsorships, to build a positive relationship and contribute to the community’s well-being. This type of partnership may crossover with sponsorship, but includes more ongoing support and relationship building.
Event Sponsorship
Event sponsorship is a partnership in which Emerge provides financial or in-kind support (e.g. resources besides money) for an event organized by another entity. In return, Emerge gains visibility and exposure to the event’s audience. Sponsorship may include branding, promotion, and other marketing opportunities.
Event Hosting/Co-Hosting
Event hosting occurs when Emerge organizes and hosts an event independently, while co-hosting involves Emerge and one or more businesses collaboratively planning and executing an event together. Both types of partnerships provide opportunities for networking, brand exposure, and reaching a broader audience. This partnership may be revenue-generating with a set cost per participant.
Workshop Hosting/Co-Hosting
Workshop hosting involves organizing and conducting educational workshops for a specific audience of like-minded individuals, which is likely a non-professional group. In a co-hosting scenario, Emerge and another business may collaborate to share resources, expertise, and costs to deliver a comprehensive and valuable learning experience for participants. This partnership is revenue-generating with a set cost per participant.
Presentations
Presentations involve creating and presenting information to a pre-existing organization, including local schools, healthcare providers, and daycares. These presentations may or may not provide professional development hours to participants. Organizations are charged a flat fee for the presentation. Click here for more information about presentations!
Lunch and Learn – A lunch and learn is a partnership that involves one business providing educational or informational sessions during lunchtime for employees of another business. The hosting business often provides lunch, and the presenting business shares knowledge or insights on relevant topics, creating a learning opportunity in a casual setting. If organized by the marketing team, these learning opportunities may be offered free of charge.
