Amy grew up in California and moved to North Carolina in 2005. She attended school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Linguistics and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017. Amy started working at Emerge in 2019. Amy uses her clinical knowledge in conjunction with her patient’s needs to create an individualized plan of care and produce the best therapy outcomes. Outside of work, Amy enjoys fostering dogs, traveling, baking, and swimming.
