Haley has experience and training in:
- Medically complex feeding experience
- Articulation strategies
- AAC
- Working with a variety of diagnoses such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Adrenoleukodystrophy(ALD), apraxia, and other genetic or neurological diagnoses
Haley was born and raised in southern Indiana and attended a Montessori school until the 8th grade. She was introduced to the Deaf community through her teachers at a young age, which eventually led her to study Audiology and Speech Language Pathology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She earned her Master of Communication Science Disorders degree from the University of Louisville in 2021. Haley has experience in the outpatient, inpatient acute, school-based and private practice settings working with both children and adults. She recently relocated to the Cary/Raleigh area after spending a year in Georgia with her husband. In her free time, Haley enjoys running, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
