Torticollis Stretches to Try at Home |
Torticollis is a condition where the muscles on one side of the neck contract, causing the head to tilt to one side. If left untreated, Torticollis can cause long-term issues with feeding and delays in the achievement of infants’ developmental milestones. BUT it can be treated with Occupational or Physical Therapy!
