Zack received his Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from North Carolina Central University.  Prior to obtaining his Master’s, Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Charleston.  He really likes being a student!  In his free time, Zack enjoys reading, writing music, and playing board games with friends.  Through his rich musical background he has come to acknowledge the importance of play in learning how to write music.  He thinks that when we allow ourselves to play, we are more open to solutions to problems we might otherwise overthink or ignore. Through play we become more attuned to the present, which enables us to better understand the world and experience improved engagement with our work and with others.  Zack values curiosity, kindness and hard work, but isn’t familiar enough with Harry Potter to know in which house he belongs.  He thinks maybe “Huffledor.”
