Founder of Camellia Culinary Consultation
Celeste is a registered dietitian and founder of Camellia Culinary Consultation. She started Camellia to bridge the gap between her two passions: culinary arts and nutritional health. Celeste earned her bachelor’s in dietetics at UConn, trained in culinary arts at Johnson and Wales, and completed her master’s in public health nutrition at UNC Chapel Hill. She believes cooking confidence is the most powerful tool to help her clients achieve balance and empowerment in their nutritional journey. Celeste’s dietetic practice is client-driven and neurodiversity-affirming. She lets clients’ preferences guide her dietetic counseling and uses culinary creativity to help them achieve their nutritional goals. Outside of work, you can find Celeste playing with her dogs, getting a little too competitive on the pickleball court, or gardening with her husband. She loves trying new foods and embroidery!
