Emily is a North Carolina native and is excited to be returning to the Triangle. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Meredith College and her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2022. Emily’s interest in occupational therapy began at the young age of 8 and continued to grow through volunteerism and observation, including her first pediatrics shadowing experience at Emerge in Durham. Emily is passionate about finding and creating family-centered solutions to support kids’ daily life participation and achievement of their dreams! In her free time, Emily loves to move and dance, enjoy the outdoors, try new recipes, and spend time with loved ones.
