New Group Starting: Writing by hand engages the brain in learning
We are starting a Wednesday afternoon group, Writing For Fun for children 5- 7 years old. Please give us a call if you would like more information or to register. Even in this age of technology, it is beneficial for children to learn to write by hand. According to research studies reported in the Wall Street Journal, writing the ‘old-fashioned’ way with pen or pencil engages the brain in learning.
