Important Updates:

  • Summer Club registration will open at 8:00 AM on Monday April 6th.
  • Emerge Clubs are an out-of-pocket expense, not billed through insurance, regardless of insurance type. Payment information is listed in the FAQ section below.

  • If your child has Medicaid or Tricare insurance, we will have the limited ability to assign your child a therapist who can coordinate activities with the Emerge Club as the child’s treatment plan allows.

  • The initial payment is due for all plans 72 hours after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator.
Emerge Clubs FAQ

1. Are Emerge Clubs reimbursable by insurance?

Due to the changing nature of complexity and inconsistency around insurance reimbursement for group sessions, Emerge Clubs are not reimbursable by insurance. HSA cards are not accepted as a form of payment for Emerge Clubs.

2. How are payments made?

An Emerge Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) will call you to collect payment once your child is officially registered for an Emerge Club. Upon your first payment, your card will be kept on file and used for all subsequent monthly payments (dates vary by semester).

We have two payment options for Emerge Clubs: you can pay in full at the time of registration, or set up a payment plan

Registration Date Total Price Amount if using payment plan
April 6th, 2026 $900 $225 (4 payments)

Payment Plan schedule:

  • Payment 1: at registration
  • Payment 2: June 29th
  • Payment 3: July 20th
  • Payment 4: August 3rd

3. When are initial payments due?

The initial payment is due within 3 business days after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator.

4. Do you offer financial assistance?

If you are an existing client with Emerge who uses Medicaid or Tricare and are interested in Emerge Clubs, please check the box indicating this on the Club Registration Form and our club coordinator will reach out to you.
