April 15, 2026(2 events) 12:00 pm: Why Bedtime Routines Fail (And the Science-Based Formula That Works) Hosted by Liz Harden, Founder of Little Dipper Wellness – Why Bedtime Routines Fail (And the Science-Based Formula That Works) Hosted by Liz Harden, Founder of Little Dipper Wellness If you've ever followed all the "right" bedtime steps — bath, books, and lights out — but still faced bedtime battles, delays, or frequent wake-ups, you're not alone. The truth is that even the most well-planned bedtime routine could be missing two key pieces: biology and co-regulation. In this webinar, Liz Harden, founder of Little Dipper Wellness, will break down the science behind sleep in a way that is simple, practical, and actionable. You'll learn how circadian rhythm and sleep pressure work together, why co-regulation matters just as much as the routine itself, and why your current approach might be unintentionally working against you. More importantly, you'll walk away with a clear, science-based framework you can start using that same night to create smoother, calmer, and more successful bedtimes. Whether you're a parent dealing with resistance, long bedtimes, or inconsistent sleep, or a provider supporting families through these challenges - this session will offer both clarity and confidence. 5:00 pm: Sensory Friendly Playtime and Movie at Marbles Museum – https://triangleonthecheap.com/family-night-marbles-kids-museum/
