At Emerge Pediatric Therapy, we are committed to creating a space that is inclusive of all neurotypes. We follow the latest research and plan each club session based on the individual needs of each child within the group dynamic.

Our Club Programs are open to both children who are current Emerge clients as well as those who are not. Early registration is recommended as our programs tend to fill quickly.

Important Updates:

  • Emerge Clubs will now be an out-of-pocket expense, not billed through insurance, regardless of insurance type. Payment information is listed in the FAQ section below.

  • If your child has Medicaid or Tricare insurance, we will have the limited ability to assign your child a therapist who can coordinate activities with the Emerge Club as the child’s treatment plan allows.

  • The initial payment for ALL plans is due 72 hours after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator
Emerge Clubs FAQ

1. Are Emerge Clubs reimbursable by insurance?

Due to the changing nature of complexity and inconsistency around insurance reimbursement for group sessions, Emerge Clubs are not reimbursable by insurance. The only exception to this is the Reading & Succeeding Club, which can be billed through insurance. HSA cards are not accepted as a form of payment for Emerge Clubs.

2. How are payments made?

An Emerge Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) will call you to collect payment once your child is officially registered for an Emerge Club. Upon your first payment, your card will be kept on file and used for all subsequent monthly payments (dates vary by semester).

Reading & Succeeding is $100 per session (10 sessions total).

For all other clubs, we have two payment options: you can pay in full at the time of registration for a 5% discount or you can use the payment plan.

Total Cost 5% discount amount if using payment plan

Payment Plan schedule:

  • Payment 1: at registration
  • Payment 2: June 24th
  • Payment 3: July 15th

3. When are initial payments due?

The initial payment is due within 3 business days after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator.

4. Do you offer financial assistance?
