At Emerge Pediatric Therapy, we are committed to creating a space that is inclusive of all neurotypes. We follow the latest research and plan each club session based on the individual needs of each child within the group dynamic.

Our Club Programs are open to both children who are current Emerge clients as well as those who are not. Early registration is recommended as our programs tend to fill quickly.

Important Updates:

  • Emerge Clubs will now be an out-of-pocket expense, not billed through insurance, regardless of insurance type. The only exceptions for Summer 2023 clubs that are billed through insurance are AAC Adventures, Terrific Toddlers, and Reading & Succeeding. We have three different payment options that are detailed in the FAQ section below in order to accommodate different financial situations.

  • If your child has Medicaid or Tricare insurance, we will have the limited ability to assign your child a therapist who can coordinate activities with the Emerge Club as the child’s treatment plan allows.

  • The initial payment for ALL plans is due 72 hours after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator
Emerge Clubs FAQ

1. Are Emerge Clubs reimbursable by insurance?

Due to the changing nature of complexity and inconsistency around insurance reimbursement for group sessions, most Emerge Clubs are not reimbursable by insurance. HSA cards are not accepted as a form of payment for Emerge Clubs.

The only exceptions to this in Summer 2023 Clubs are Terrific Toddlers, AAC Adventures, and Reading & Succeeding.

2. Do you have payment options?

Each club has 2 options for payment for our 10-week clubs:

Pay in full for the group and receive a 10% discount Total $810
Pay 50% at time of enrollment and 50% by July 17th  Two payments of $450  (Total: $900)

*For the Preschool Power Durham clubs:

Pay in full for the group and receive a 10% discount Total $810
Pay 50% at time of enrollment and 50% by June 26th (Session 1) or August 7th (Session 2) Two payments of $450  (Total: $900)

3. When are initial payments due?

The initial payment for ALL plans is due within 3 business days after being contacted by the clinic’s Client Relations Coordinator.

4. Do you offer financial assistance?

If you are an existing client with Emerge who uses Medicaid or Tricare and are interested in Emerge Clubs, please check the box indicating this on the Club Registration Form and our club coordinator will reach out to you.
