Meet Kate from The Neatist!
Kate Fisher is a Certified Professional Organizer, business owner, and mom to a neurodiverse kiddo! We are very excited to partner with her to provide our Emerge families with professional organizing services, specially tailored for kids with sensory differences and unique needs.
From a cluttered closet to the whole kitchen, Kate offers custom space design, installation, decluttering, consultation, and help with moving, personalized for your taste and budget!
“I get it. I’m the mom of a sensory kid. I have ADHD and so does she. In our house, we have bouncy things and swingy things…fuzzy rugs and soothing lights. Traditional systems don’t do the trick. We do what works for us.
Professionally, my goal is to serve my clients through being compassionate and non-judgmental. I take continuing education courses specifically geared toward helping neurodiverse individuals through the National Association for Productivity and Organizing Professionals, serving on the board as the Director of Professional Development.
My clients enjoy a personalized approach to their challenges. I make no assumptions and leave no stone unturned. The result is thoughtfully designed spaces paired with educated households that feel understood. Organizing services include decluttering, design, installation, virtual coaching, and maintenance.

Our Offer for Emerge Families
We have partnered with The Neatist to provide our Emerge families a wrap-around organization experience. Our therapists will team up with Kate to develop and provide an organizational plan specific to your family’s therapy needs!
Below you will find a brief overview of the services offered:
Consultation ($100)
An in-home consultation will deliver a written plan for a more functional environment. By partnering with Emerge to create solutions for your family’s specific needs, we will explore where your stuff meets your therapy work.
Installation ($80/hr)
Let The Neatist bring the design to life in your home. Includes personal shopping and set-up of the design. If decluttering is required, it is planned and billed separately.
Room Package ($750*)
- Includes consultation, design, and installation
- Based on a standard installation for a 12’ x12’ room
- Larger, more complex spaces will be billed at $80/hour after 8 hours
*plus cost of materials
Design ($100)
Bust out the measuring tape and get ready for change! From study spaces to sensory gyms, give your child a nurturing, therapy-specific place to grow and play. After chart review, get a rendering and product recommendations to make it happen.
Maintenance ($80/hr)
A regular, boots-on-the-ground presence to help your family tighten up its explosions and coach your family to create and sustain habits for better daily living. Life is messy, but your home doesn’t have to be.
Maintenance Package ($1200)
- Save 25% when you buy in advance
- Five 4-hour sessions
- Monthly maintenance is recommended, but your sessions can be used for a full calendar year
