Explore basic Taekwondo skills in a beginner friendly environment. Taekwondo is beneficial for gaining confidence & discipline, teaching respect, physical and mental wellness, and having fun! The classes will be open to ages 5+ and families are encouraged to attend together. The class will include a 15-minute demonstration and 30 minutes of instruction. These classes presented in partnership with Elite Fire Taekwondo, Inc provide a healthy, family friendly activity for all!
