Girls A.L.I.V.E. NC supports neurodivergent girls ages 10–18, focusing on those who experience ADHD, autism, anxiety and other learning differences. Rhonda is the mother of a neurodiverse daughter and sought more support for her. She started this non-profit a year ago and already has 40 girls between the Triangle and Fayetteville. This free program offers bi-weekly sessions for social-emotional wellness and development, hosts guest speakers on mental health, relationships, life skills, and nutrition, and provides social outings and community service experiences—all in safe spaces where girls can connect, grow, and be themselves.
